CSP: FIGMO

From the Civil Service Phrasebook.  "F**k It, Got My Orders".  Refers to anybody with a "short-timer" attitude.  Traditionally applied to active duty personnel who were about to PCS (Permanent Change of Station) and were no longer particularly concerned with their current assignments.  Usage in recent years has broadened to cover civil servants about to change job assignments within their current organization, moving to another organization, about to retire, or just quitting altogether.  Be on the lookout for persons in this mode who haven't said they are leaving/retiring/quitting - these people may be planning a Jet Blue-type exit.  (Make sure there is no beer in the office refrigerator.)  Can't say I've worked with any contractors who were FIGMOs.
